Why you need to exercise more during the pregnancy?

Exercise Regularly

You don’t need to run around and lift weights during pregnancy; performing light exercises regularly can go a long way in keeping your digestive system in a proper condition. When you indulge in physical activity, it will release various chemicals in your body, which will stimulate different parts of your body and enhance their working. Simple activities such as washing utensils or drying clothes can also do the trick!

Not only my feet, my knees, my lower back sometimes feel cold too.  Because of this,  I wear a lot of long pants to cover my knees 

2. You sleep better at night

Actually, you no need to purposely do workout to develop stronger arms to carry baby. We engage our arms in many of our daily activities like carry handbags , carry stuff/groceries and so on. Still, I just want to do exercise. 

I also read it from FB Mama group (Mandarin Medium). Some babies tend to sleep better when they feel your body temperature. Some mamas also let the baby to sleep on their shoulder, their breast or just their body. This requires a great arm muscles to perform the job without feeling sore. 


7. Helps in bowel movement
