I tried to wear it all the time, but for me, sometimes, escpecially during the day time, as I need to go to washrooms quite often, it is difficult. So my plan is to wear it as soon as I am not sitting down for a long time.
Experience:
I wear it normal , I don’t think it is very tight, the tightness is just right for me. It feels right, normally when we use the word “Tight” then we feel the need to let loose it.
However , for the experience of using belly band, I can actually put it on even during meal. And it feels secured (It feels tight and all my abdominal organs are in the right place).
You wont feel that you abdomen is going to burst or bulge out, It is just right, tucking all the loose muscle inside and reshaping it.
Even when eating, with tight belly binder on, I can still eat like normal. It feels like….wow, even after belly band, I still have space(stomach) inside my body for food. How loose my abdomen /belly really am?
Advantages
1. Coughing tugs at the stitches , belly binder resolve this.
2. Less perineal soreness : You dare to move more, and wont feel as the bottom is hollow, and something is going to fall down. That sense of comfortable and security

1. Difficult to put it on all the time , especially when you need to urine frequently during the day time
