Steam red fish! 

On the day when I have to eat between the lesson, WS would cook and put all the food together, served it in a plate to my room, where I conduct online lesson.

 I manage to snap this touching moment. 😘😘😘😘

Again, simple meal , although a bit dry, but grateful!

Simple and easy dishes to cook! hardly go wrong with the luncheon meat! 

My husband said that Sunny side up and luncheon meat are the best combo! 

The fragnant from the egg complement the saltiness from the luncheon meat, what do you think?

I am quite surprise when I came home (after teaching) to this dish. It is my favourite childhood dish....something like claypot rice, except that it is cooked with rice cooker. 

and it is not oily, which means it won't make my stomach bloat!
