this is my lunch
i not sure whether this is potassium solution or not, apparently i have to drink it before fasting because my body is lack of it.
i never fasting before.!!!even i fast, i can drink too, but this time not at all, except the time before i enter operation theatre, a nurse ask me to take a sleeping pill, then i just allow to sip water.And i did it eventually!!!
