On the day when I have to eat between the lesson, WS would cook and put all the food together, served it in a plate to my room, where I conduct online lesson.
I manage to snap this touching moment. 😘😘😘😘
Again, simple meal , although a bit dry, but grateful!

My husband said that Sunny side up and luncheon meat are the best combo!

I am quite surprise when I came home (after teaching) to this dish. It is my favourite childhood dish....something like claypot rice, except that it is cooked with rice cooker.
and it is not oily, which means it won't make my stomach bloat!
